  • The SV Certification has established an impartiality committee to ensure strict compliance with the rules established on impartiality and its review.
  • The directors, management, staff and subcontractors of SV Certification are fully committed to providing all our customers and potential customers with a service that fully meets their needs.

The certification process ensures that all audits and certification decisions are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standard. In addition, SV Certification is fully committed to ensuring that it is fully compliant with all SNAS regulations, standards relevant to all regulatory requirements.

SV Certification guarantees professional customer service through the use of trained, experienced and competent control and support personnel.

SV Certification continually seeks to improve the services offered and acts in this way, based on customer feedback, regular internal and external audits, reports, staff reviews, management review meetings and management meetings.

Any customer who feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by SV Certification is encouraged to put the complaint in writing and will be promptly and thoroughly answered.

Any customer who does not agree with a certification decision has the right of appeal which will be submitted to an independent appeals group, which includes people who are not employees of SV Certification.

In conducting the certification activities, the SV Certification fully understands the importance of ensuring that the certification process and all audits are conducted impartially and that there are no conflicts of interest. To this end, controls were introduced throughout the certification process to identify potential conflicts and an independent impartiality committee was set up to supervise the operations of the SV Certification and in particular the certification process.
